I have been using Afrihost for a number of years (Fibre via Frogfoot) and have now added Airmobile to the mix. Any issues / queries are resolved efficiently via a dedicated WhatsApp chat with a real person (lol) and not a bot. The only problem I have is that if there is an issue after hours, on weekends or public holidays then one can't get the problem resolved until normal working hours resume. Though I must say this has happened few and far between and is sometimes resolved before the need to contact them. I still rate them 5 stars though.

I have had great service - whether face to face at their office or via call. I really appreciate the fact that Afrihost has a Whatsapp line which ensures I get timeous and successful close out to my queries. Honestly one of the best service providers.

Wow!!! Again I was blown away with the speedy and excellent service. So my current (ex) ISP has taken 3 1/2 days to escalate my issue (no internet) and I decided to go back to Afrihost because I know their service is exceptional. Thank you guys!

Excellent and prompt assistance. Would recommend using the WhatsApp Help option on ClientZone/App for quicker assistance compared to emailing Afrihost Client Services.

Got my Fibre connection sorted out through Afrihost and OpenServe pretty quickly and effortlessly. Service was great from both parties with the OpenServe technician (Godfrey) even wanting to bring his personal petrol generator in order to get the connection sorted out during loadshedding! :-D Now THAT's service! Update on the 24th Aug 2023 - Cancelled my fibre as I moved out of my place, moved back in after 3 months and reactivated - took less than 6 hours to get back up again! Amazing service yet again thank you Afrihost!
