This is the only ISP to provide quick answers and proper support. The only problem is the lack of fixed-IP's. Other than that the staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank for the support.

Bad news about Afrihost no longer running Rain, so they cannot get any info when rain's network goes belly-up. And now to have to change to another provider which is too expensive. But the info from Afrihost was very helpful. I will just have to cripple on with Rain until I can afford to change. Update: Jan S helped out and gave me useful information. Updating to 5 stars.

I can understand the slow response times as a result of staff working from home during the lock down and systems being redirected, otherwise awesome service delivery from Afrihost. Keep it up, guys!

We've had several services from Afrihost and I've never had any issues. Their after sale service is FANTASTIC! I will always try to take a service from them, because what they sell, is what you get!
